Coaching plans are a collaboration between Coach and Client and support the goals identified by the Client. Clients seek support in personal and professional realms and topics can include: life transitions, embarking on new projects, managing stress and anxiety, regaining confidence and motivation, improving communication skills, revitalizing relationships, realigning or discovering what brings you joy and satisfaction. Clients can choose to meet with the horses for all or some of their sessions. We can meet via Zoom, in the studio at Wild Cove Farm, or in the outdoor arena with the horses.
Sessions with the horses are individually designed for the Client. You might brush the horses, lead them through obstacles, learn to move them with your body language, bury your head in their necks, or just sit in a chair and observe them. The only constant is that the horses ensure that sessions unfold exactly as needed.

Packages for Individuals
Zoom and face-to-face sessions are 60 minutes; sessions with horses are up to 90 minutes.
Payment is due before your first session. You have up to 6 months from time of purchase to use your package. *Please note that working with the horses is generally limited from May to early-October.

Four-Session Package
Designed for clients looking for an introduction into coaching. This might be a general self-assessment and reflection on where you’re at in this moment; or clients arrive with a specific issue they want support with for example, navigating a life transition, or making a major decision.
Six-Session Package
Designed for clients who might have identified a goal and need support determining the path and actions needed to get there.
Eight-Session Package
This is a commitment to go deeper into the work. This could be clients who have that feeling but can’t yet name what they need to change, or can’t determine which change to start with!
Individual sessions
Designed for clients who want a single session or “just one more” after completing a package.
Designed for clients looking for an introduction into coaching. This might be a general self-assessment and reflection on where you’re at in this moment; or clients arrive with a specific issue they want support with for example, navigating a life transition, or making a major decision.

This is a commitment to go deeper into the work. This could be clients who have that feeling but can’t yet name what they need to change, or can’t determine which change to start with!

PONY PARTIES FOR GROWN-ASS WOMEN
Did you ever attend a seven-year-old’s birthday party and the big surprise was a pony?!!
I can hear the squeals of joy as the pony is led into the backyard and the youngsters realize what’s happening. There’s an attempt to say a few words on safety, but the partygoers are already slipping in and out of pensive silence as they pet, brush, braid the mane, touch their curious fingers to its velvet nose. Paints are introduced and the tiny equine becomes the canvas for young girls’ imaginations! That night, exhausted from their big adventure, the youngsters collapse into bed and wild horses gallop through their dreams…
You’re never too old for a pony party.
Grown-ass women need to play and slip in and out of pensive reflection. We need to listen to our Wild, not just in our dreams, but in our daily lives. The horses remind us how to do that. We can pet, brush, braid, tickle velvet noses, and instead of painting horses, we might pull out medicine cards, create vision boards, write a group poem, share stories and group mirroring, lead horses through confidence course...whatever we do, it will include insight and wisdom from the horses and you will leave inspired!
Pony Parties for Grown-Ass Women are designed individually for each group. They are generally 3.5-4 hours and accommodate up to eight people. Pricing varies, let's talk!
